The Sun Fire V880z visualization server is a powerful yet affordable platform for deploying high-end visualization technology. The Sun Fire V880z features single or dual Sun XVR-4000 graphics accelerators that plug directly into it's Sun Fireplane interconnect. The Sun XVR-4000 graphics accelerator provides the exceptional visual quality critical for large display environments. The Sun Fire V880z visualization server supports a maximum of six 900-MHz UltraSPARC III processors and 48 GB of memory with a single Sun XVR-4000 graphics accelerator.
