The Sun Ultra 10 can support 440-MHz UltraSPARC-IIi processor with 2-MB external cache. Up to 1 GB of 168-pin, 50-ns EDO JEDEC DRAM with ECC error correction can be installed into the Ultra 10. The Ultra 10 UPA slot provides a fast, large-bandwidth data path from processor to UPA graphics cards.
